Breakfast:
English Muffin
A bowl of Oatmeal with cinnamon and local honey provided by Frank Hunt, Beekeeper 🙂
Decaf black coffee

Snack:
Banana

Lunch:
Subway Turkey Sandwich NOT RECOMMENDED they use gross meat that is full of preservatives, nitrates and sodium!!! I was at the mall with a kiddo and it was my healthiest choice 🙂 I could have gotten all veggies but I needed more sustenance. I also had a bag of Baked Sour Cream and Onion Lays with a Diet Coke.
Snack:
Low Fat Chocolate Muscle Milk
Dinner:
A big mixed greens salad with all the usual ingredients to include, this time, Blue Cheese.
Cashew butter sandwich with HEB Plum Jam on whole wheat bread
HEB Pita Chips with HEB Four Pepper Hummus
water
Nabisco 100 Calorie Cookies
