Breakfast:

6:30am

Black decaf coffee

four silver dollar size sweet potato  pancakes made at home using Bruce’s Sweet Potato pancake Mix

Snack:

10:30am

egg whites with low fat cheddar cheese and two pieces of whole wheat toast with Smart Balance Spread.

1 grapefruit and about 5 raw cashews

2:00 pm

one small banana

Lunch:

2:45

A couple of pieces of celery, carrots and broccoli trees with a teaspoon of Low Fat Blue Cheese Yogurt dressing

Three Bison taco’s on corn tortilla’s and low fat cheese.  I used the bison meat leftover from last night.

Dinner:

8pm

small Spicy Shrimp Bowl with brown rice  from Zen
