Thomas Whole Wheat Bagel Thin with  Cashew butter and apricot all fruit

one cup of white chai tea

Snack:

11am

Whey protein shake after my workout with plain soy milk,  strawberries and blueberries

Lunch:

1:30

Mixed greens salad with cucumber, red bell pepper, raw pumpkin seeds, low fat feta cheese, all natural dried cranberries and basil lime fat free vinaigrette.

4pm

celery sticks,broccoli and Bolthouse Low Fat Yogurt Ranch Dressing

Dinner:

7:30pm

4oz Bison Steak

fresh Collard Greens

Brown rice

Nabisco 100 calorie pack of cookies
