The Food Diaries June 12, 2010
Breakfast:
1 cup of black half caf. coffee
Bob’s 8 Grain Hot cereal with almond pieces , honey,cinnamon and blueberries.
1 Toaster Biscuit with Smart Balance Spread
Snack:
Apple
Cashew Butter Sandwich on whole wheat bread
water
Lunch:
Tuna Salad Sandwich on whole wheat toast
water
Snack:
Stonyfield Organic Peach Yogurt~ this yogurt has a lot of sugar in it so I don’t usually buy it. I was in a pinch for a snack the other day and HEB is on my way to Goddess Fit, so I ducked in. They didn’t have my regular yogurt! This was the next best thing. Needles to say, I ended up not even eating it then, so I ate it today 🙂

Dinner:
started with some homemade popcorn. what? you never had popcorn for an appetizer? you should try it 🙂 I pop it on the stove with a lil bit of olive oil and Tony’s.
We had our very lovely friends Tina and Jason over for dinner…
Rump Roast cooked in my crock pot with new potatoes and carrots.
Brown Rice
Corn
water
3 glasses of wine 🙂
