Breakfast:
Black/Vanilla Tea
Thomas Whole Wheat Bagel Thin with Smart Balance Spread
Egg Whites with low fat shredded cheese

Snack:
Banana
Raw pecans
Apple
I had these snacks over the course of three hours, not all at once.

Lunch:
Fat Free re-fried bean tacos(three) on corn tortilla’s with low fat shredded cheese
water
Snack:
Yoplait Greek blueberry Yogurt with raw sunflower seeds
Half of a protein bar. At this point in the day I had trained 6 people, had one more left and worked out for an hour myself, I felt like I needed the extra calories.

Dinner:
Smothered chicken over brown rice
water
Dessert:
Dryers slow churned toasted coconut ice cream.
