Breakfast:

Thomas Whole Wheat Bagel Thin with Central Market Cashew Butter and HEB Blueberry/Cherry All Fruit Spread- which is the best jam I have ever had, there are huge chunks of real cherries and blueberries!

Plain black/vanilla Tea

Snack:

One small banana

water

Lunch:

Mixed greens salad with yellow bell pepper, cucumber,raw sunflower seeds, carrots and Bolthouse Low Fat Yogurt Dijon Dressing

Three fat free black bean tacos on corn tortilla’s with low fat shredded cheese and three thin slices of an avocado.

Salsa and a handful of El Milagro Tortilla Chips.

Snack:

Yoplait Greek Vanilla Yogurt with  a teaspoon of raw  almond slivers

Dinner:

Baked Jerk Mahi Mahi topped with diced tomatoes and grilled pineapple chunks

Brown Rice

Red Kidney Beans

Dessert:

Dreyers French Silk Low Fat Ice Cream
