Thomas Whole Wheat Bagel Thin with organic cashew butter and HEB Blueberry and Cherry All Fruit

Black/vanilla tea

Snack:

Apple

Lunch:

mixed greens salad

8 oz. of  Pacific Organic Creamy Tomato Soup

snack:

two corn tortilla’s with a teaspoon of fat free re-fried black beans and a sprinkle of low fat cheese.

now sports whey protein shake

Dinner:

Boneless Skinless Chicken breast- baked

steamed broccoli

1/4 of a baked sweet potato

brown rice

water

Dessert:

Dreyer’s Slow Churned Low Fat  Ice Cream
