two pieces of whole wheat toast with Smart Balance Spread and HEB Blueberry and Cherry All Fruit Jam

Apple with a handful of raw walnuts

Lunch:

Mixed Greens Salad with Fat Free Lime and Basil Dressing

Three fat free bean tacos on corn tortilla’s with low fat shredded cheese and a couple of thin slices of avocado

snack:

yoplait blueberry greek yogurt with a handful of raw walnuts

Dinner:

Baked Mahi Mahi

Half of a sweet potato

brown rice

dessert:

dreyer’s low fat ice cream
