Breakfast:

1 cup of black half caf. coffee

two eggs over easy and two slices of whole wheat toast with Smart Balance Spread

water

snack:

one banana with a teaspoon of cashew butter

water

Lunch:

Morning Star Veggie Patty sandwich on whole wheat toast with HEB Four Pepper Hummus and HEB Low Fat Feta Cheese Crumbles

water

Snack:

Too busy and not hungry…

Dinner:

A salad with Butter Lettuce,cucumber,carrots, red onion, pistachio’s,raw sunflower seeds, low fat feta cheese,olive oil and balsamic.

leftover Bison Spaghetti.  That shit was still good after almost a week in the fridge!! 🙂
