Breakfast:
1 cup of half caf. black coffee
Cinnamon Raisin English Muffin with Smart Balance Spread and a drizzle of honey. BTW: I am going to the farmers market at the Triangle this Wednesday to get my local honey!

Snack:
Banana
A small handful of nut

Lunch:
A mixed greens salad with: orange bell peppers,cucumber,raw sunflower seeds, avocado and Lucini Italia Fig and Walnut Savory Balsamic.
One package of Goldfish 🙂

Snack:
One small peach
Dinner:
One piece of homemade Veggie Pot Pie and a taste of  homemade chicken pot pie.
One glass of White Zinfandel

a couple of bites of Mindy’s birthday ice cream cake!
