Breakfast:

One cup of black half caf. coffee

4 silver dollar size pancakes that I made at home this weekend.  I used Bob’s Red Mill Whole grain Pancake Mix and I added pecans and Now Sports Soy Protein Powder. I had a bout a tablespoon of  Central Market Organic Maple Syrup

Lunch:

Almond Butter Sandwich on whole wheat bread with HEB Simply Fruit Jam

Half of a serving of Frito’s Corn Chips

about a cup of  fresh watermelon

One small apple

Snack:

3 Junior Mints 🙂 My 11 year old  niece is in town visiting me from Colorado  and she bought these!!

Yoplait Strawberry Greek Yogurt with raw sunflower seeds

Dinner:

BBQ Boneless Skinless all natural chicken tenders grilled on my Foreman Grill

Fresh French Beans ( heck recipe blog for recipe)

Kraft Mac and Cheese~ again I am trying to please  my 11 year old niece! Other than too much sodium and fake cheese  this stuff isn’t too bad for you.  I substituted the 4 TABLESPOONS of  BUTTER and milk  it called for with Smart Balance Spread and Rice Milk.  It was good!!!

Delicious home made  fruit salad my sis Elisha brought over mixed  with Stoneyfield Vanilla Organic Yogurt.

    Woah! I’m really loving thee template/theme of this site.

    It’s simple, yett effective. A lot oof times it’s challenging to get that
    “perfect balance” between user friendliness and visual appearance.
    I must say that you’ve done a superb job with this.
    In addition, the blog loads very quick for me on Firefox.
