One cup of black half caf. coffee

4 homemade silver dollar size Bob’s Redmill Pancakes with Now Sports Soy Protein Powder and 1 Tablespoon of Central Market Organic maple Syrup.

Snack:

Yoplait Strawberry Greek Yogurt

Lunch:

Leftovers from dinner last night.  About a tablespoon of french beans and a tablespoon of Kraft Mac and Cheese.

fresh cherries,grapes and blueberries

snack:

Ham and cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread with light mayo

a couple of Dark Chocolate M&M’s

Dinner:

Homemade Pita Pizza

One serving of Breyers Light Ice Cream
