4 homemade silver dollar size Bob’s Redmill Pancakes with Now Sports Soy Protein Powder and 1 Tablespoon of Central Market Organic maple Syrup.

Yoplait Strawberry Greek Yogurt
Lunch:
Leftovers from dinner last night. About a tablespoon of french beans and a tablespoon of Kraft Mac and Cheese.
