Snack:
A banana
water
Lunch:
Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich on whole wheat bread
A handful of Sun Chips
A small bowl of Quaker Oatbran Cereal with Skim Milk
water
Snack:
Frozen Yogurt from Westlake Frozen Yogurt. This is not really the healthiest snack choice, but it’s not horrible. I huess I could say it’s not the ideal snack. Frozen yogurt is definitely a dessert, it does usually have a lot of sugar. It is marketed as healthy and it is a healthy alternative to ice cream, but it’s still full of sugar~ most of the time. I topped my yogurt with chopped almonds, a few little balls of cheesecake pieces 🙂 ,one cherry, some fresh strawberries and blueerries and seriously 5 mini M&M’s 🙂
water
Later in the afternoon I had a couple of Whole Wheat Saltine Crackers
Dinner:
Veggie tacos on corn tortilla’s
One serving of El Milagro Tortilla Chips with HEB Salsa
water
One serving of Fat Free 100 calorie Jello Pudding
