Paleo approved- Sauteed Kale

Wash and rinse kale.

I pull the leaves off of the stems with my hands, I find that easier than cutting.

Throw it in a pan with a lid and drizzle it with coconut oil, hot chili oil(if you want sweet and spicy, add a little sprinkle of stevia),garlic powder, sea salt, ginger powder, and red pepper flakes.

Saute for about a minute or two then cover and turn heat to low and allow to wilt. It takes a total of about 8 minutes or so  to prepare this side dish.  It is packed full of nutrients and taste really good.  Surprisingly good to  most people.

If you don’t like it hot leave out the red pepper and hot chili oil or just one of the two for a yummy sweet and spicy dish!
