Turkey Sandwich made with HEB All natural No Nitrates Turkey Breast on whole wheat bread with cheddar cheese, mustard and BBQ sauce
HEB Pita Chips with HEB Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Yoplait Greek Strawberry yogurt with raw sunflower seeds
one banana

Dinner:

Side Salad with Roasted Shallot Vinaigrette
For dessert we went to Yogurt Planet and I had Cake Batter Low Fat yogurt topped with shredded coconut, about 5 mini M&M’S, a few walnuts and one tiny square (like the size of an eraser!!LOL!!) piece of cheesecake.
