Breakfast:
Whole Wheat English Muffin with Smart Balance Spread and HEB All Fruit Plum Jam
One cup of Black/Vanilla Tea

Snack:
6 baby carrots
1 apple
water
Lunch:
Mixed greens salad with orange bell pepper,cucumber,pickled beets, and raw sunflower seeds. For the dressing I used the juice from the beets and little tiny drizzle of olive oil
Tuna Salad sandwich on whole wheat bread
HEB Roasted Red Bell Pepper Hummus with HEB Parmesan Pita Chips

Snack:
Yoplait Vanilla Greek Yogurt
water
Dinner:
Baked Barramundi Fish
Steamed Collard Greens
Quinoa
water
Dessert:
One serving of HEB Pineapple Sherbert!!!
