one cup of half coffee half black/vanilla tea

one small bowl of homemade oatmeal with cinnamon and Frank Hunt’s LocalĀ  Honey

One whole wheat English muffin with Smart Balance Spread and HEBĀ  all Fruit Plum Jam

Snack:

apple with raw walnuts.

Lunch:

One piece of HEB Whole Grain Pita Bread topped with HEB Roasted Red Pepper Hummus and HEB Low Fat Mexican Blend Cheese.

Fresh cucumber, tomatoes,red bell pepper and carrot salad tossed with a tiny bit of yogurt ranch dressing and fresh cracked black pepper.

Almond Butter and Plum Jam sandwich on whole wheat bread

Dinner:

Seared Ahi Tuna Steak

Steamed Broccoli

Brown Rice
