Small bowl of oatmeal with raisins, cinnamon, a pinch of salt and a drizzle of honey
one cup of black half caf. coffee

Mixed greens salad with cucumber,red bell pepper,pear slices ,raw slivered almonds and Bolthouse Low Fat Dijon Mustard Yogurt Dressing
Three fat free refried bean tacos on corn tortilla’s and low fat shredded cheese
One serving of HEB Pita Chips

Apple

steamed sugar snap peas
brown rice
