Breakfast:

Thomas Bagel Thin with a teaspoon  of  raw almond butter

Black/vanilla tea

Snack:

Apple

water

Lunch:

Amy’s Organic Black Bean Enchilada Dinner.  I like these meals in a pinch but I do not recommend eating them often.  They are a frozen, preserved food with a large amount  of  sodium.

Snack:

Banana

Yoplait Greek Strawberry Yogurt with raw sunflower seeds

water

Dinner:

Smothered chicken thighs,brown rice and broccoli.  Recipe coming soon!
