Breakfast:

Thomas bagel thin with Smart Balance Spread

Egg Whites with low fat shredded cheese

black/vanilla tea

Snack:

Apple with a handful  raw walnuts

water

Lunch:

Leftover salad from dinner last night that my friend Sarah made.  Mixed greens with grapes,walnuts,celery,chicken pieces, and goat cheese. I tossed it with Bolthouse Low Fat Yogur Dijon Dressing.

One small banana

water

Snack:

Yoplait Vanilla Greek Yogurt

water

Dinner:

Bison Spaghetti

water

One serving of  Dryer’s Slow Churned Low Fat Ice Cream
