Three silver dollar size Bruce’s Sweet Potato Pancakes
One cup of White Tea

a shot (one tablespoon) of Bragg’s Raw Apple Cider Vinegar.
Snack:
Clementine

Lunch:
Three fat free re-fried bean taco’s on corn tortilla’s with salsa and low fat cheese.

a handful of raw pecans

Dinner:
Subway Turkey 6 inch sandwich on whole wheat with low fat mayo,cheese and all the veggies
