Thomas Whole Wheat Bagel Thin with raw,organic almond butter and HEB Blueberry and Cherry All Fruit Jam

one cup of half decaf coffee and white tea

One banana

Homemade Tuna Salad Sandwich on whole wheat bread

snack:

Apple with a handful of raw walnuts

water

un-sweetened iced tea

Dinner:

Rudy’s BBQ!!! Cheat meal! Whoo HOO!!
