Breakfast:

Two pieces of whole wheat toast.  One with HEB All Fruit blueberry and Cherry Jam and the other with raw organic almond butter and jam

A bowl of oat meal with cinnamon, a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of sea salt.

One Cup of half  decaf coffee and half white chai tea

water

Snack:

one small banana at 11am

one apple and 4 Brazil nuts at 12pm

Lunch:

Turkey Sandwich on whole wheat bread with HEB Jalapeno Jack Cheese, 1/2 Fat Mayo made with Olive Oil and mustard

One serving of HEB Four Pepper Hummus and  HEB Multi Grain Pita Chips

Horizon Low Fat Cottage Cheese with Pineapple chunks.

water

snack:

small bowl of Cheerios with Almond Breeze Almond Milk

Dinner:

4oz Longhorn Burger made at home on a Thomas Bagel Thin (everything flavor) with low fat shredded cheese, light mayo and mustard.

Alexia oven baked french fries!

    I love the information regarding snacks/time frame. I think this is awesome to remind us that we should snack consistantly throughout the day. Especially me since I am Type II Diabetic. You rock my world my baby girl…xoxoxo love, Momma
