Thomas Whole Wheat Bagel Thin with Raw Organic Almond Butter and HEB Blueberry and Cherry All Fruit Jam

Decaf black coffee

Snack:

Apple

A handful of raw walnuts

clementine

Lunch:

Galaxy Cafe’s Veggie Wrap with a side of black beans

Herbal Tea

Snack:

Horizon Low Fat Cottage Cheese with pineapple chunks

a couple more raw walnuts

one small banana

water

Dinner:

Ground Longhorn Spaghetti over whole wheat rotini pasta

water

Dessert:

Nabisco 100 Calorie Pack of Cookies (I chose Nabisco because they do not use high fructose corn syrup)
