good ‘ol broccoli
According to Oxygen magazine research shows:
- eating broccoli more than twice a week can help protect your peepers from cataracts disease, thanks to antioxidant powerhouses lutein and zeaxanthin.
- One cup of cooked broccoli has 62mg of calcium plus vitamin C,which aids in the absorption of calcium and vitamin K which helps to maintain bone density.
- Broccoli contains considerable amounts of Chromium(about 30mcg per 1 1/2 cup serving). Chromium is a mineral that is essential for metabolizing carbohydrates, fats, and proteins and, in effect, controlling blood sugar levels. Studies also show that chromium may help build lean muscle mass and reduce body fat.
There you have it, go eat some Broccoli!

I just got something very similar today–and with Christmas here, it’s very likely someone would open this. It said it was from the Postal Service, and contained a tracking number. The odd thing, and what made me suspect, was that the email said Postal Service, but the text within the email it said FedEx, and was signed FedEx Team. This email also said to click on a link to get a receipt and take it to the post office to claim the parcel. I went to the postal service site and the fed ex site to track the number, and of course it didn’t exist. I googled FedEx scams and ended up here–great job!
