Breakfast:

6:30am

Four silver dollar size Bruce’s Sweet Potato Pancakes

one cup of chai white tea

Snack:

11am

one small banana

water

Lunch:

12:30pm

Mixed greens salad with: red bell pepper, carrots, three thin slices of avocado, broccoli,beets, and fat free balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

Turkey sandwhich made with No Nitrate HEB Turkey and Havarti cheese with mustard and BBQ sauce on whole wheat bread.

Jello 60 calorie mouse pudding

Snack:

3:15pm

Thomas Whole Wheat Bagel Thin with a teaspoon of almond butter and HEB Blueberry and Cherry All Fruit Jam.

another snack around 6pm

apple and 5 Brazil nuts

Dinner:

7:45pm

Lamb Steak!  It was so yummy, I will post a recipe soon.

Quinoa with pine nuts

Dessert:

Dreyer’s all natural  low fat ice cream!
