Breakfast:

7:30am

Thomas Whole Wheat Bagel Thin with almond butter and HEB ALL Fruit Jam

One cup of plain white chai tea

water

Snack:

10:30am

Banana

water

Lunch:

1:30pm

Tuna sandwich on whole wheat bread made with light olive oil mayo and mustard

Apple with a handful of raw pecans

water

Snack:

Yoplait Blueberry Greek style Yogurt with a bout four raw pecans left over from earlier snack 🙂

Dinner:

8:30pm

CHEAT MEAL!!! We had a birthday party for Jason at Mindy and Steve’s house.  Carole made Green Chile Chicken Enchilada’s and Tina made German Chocolate Cupcake’s! It was heavenly.
