Breakfast:

6:30am

Thomas Whole Wheat Bagel Thin with almond butter and HEB Cherry and Blueberry All Fruit Jam

One cup of black regular coffee mixed with half white chai tea

water

Snack:

12pm

One small banana

water

Lunch:

12:15pm

Amy’s Organic Frozen Veggie Taco’s. You all know how I feel about frozen foods.  I was in a time crunch, that is my excuse.  I can think of worse things to eat 🙂

Snack:

2:45

One red delicious apple and a handful of raw pecans

Snack:

5pm

very small portion of leftover asparagus

4 oz of So Delicious Coconut Yogurt

I worked all day training and did my own workout, which was pretty intense so that explains the weird snack and snack times.  Girls HUNGRY!

Dinner:

7:00pm
