Half of a protein bar

Lunch:

Three extra lean ground beef tacos on corn tortilla’s topped with low fat shredded cheese

One serving of El Milagro Tortilla Chips and Salsa

Nabisco 60 calorie mouse pudding

Snack:

5pm

Vanilla Yoplait Greek Yogurt with raw sunflower seeds

Water

Dinner:

Baked Ginger Lime Salmon

Asparagus

Quinoa

6oz of Gold Standard Whey Protein shake made with Soy Milk.
