A bowl of hot rolled oats with raw pecans,dried all natural cranberries, Frank’s Local Honey and a pinch of sea salt
Decaf Coffee mixed with chai white tea
Snack:
9am
apple with a handful of raw walnuts
Lunch:
Homemade taco pita pizza. I used left-over extra lean taco meat with zucchini and squash
water
Snack:
4:30pm
homemade popcorn, about 1 cup
water
Dinner:
6pm
Baked boneless skinless chicken breast
stir fried french beans with pine nuts
brown rice
