Bowl of hot rolled oats with cinnamon, raw walnuts, a drizzle of Frank’s Local Honey and a pinch of sea salt

Thomas Bagel Thin with Smart Balance Spread on one half and Artisana Raw,organic coconut butter on the other half…YUMMY!!!

White Chai Tea

Yoplait Greek Yogurt with raw pecans

Pure Protein protein bar (2/3)

Lunch:

1:45pm

Homemade pita pizza

About a cup of sauteed zucchini,squash, and extra lean ground beef mixture.

about 6 60% dark chocolate morsels

Snack:

Almond Butter smoothie from Central Market

Dinner:

Sunflower Vietnamese Food.  I got Pho shrimp
