7am

Three small sweet potato pancakes

one cup of white chai tea

Snack:

10am

Whey protein shake after my workout made with soy milk, Gold Standard Whey, a few strawberries and blueberries.

Lunch:

1pm

Leftover, homemade Ground Lamb Spaghetti with whole wheat bow tie pasta(recipe coming soon)

water

Snack:

3pm

Apple and a handful of raw walnuts

Dinner:

Baked Mahi Mahi

Brussel Sprouts

Brown rice

Nabisco 100 calorie pack of cookies
