Cream of Wheat with a drop of honey, cinnamon and sea salt

Two slices of whole wheat toast with Smart Balance Spread

Black Ginger Tea

Snack:

One small banana

Lunch:

Three homemade fat free black bean, zucchini and squash tacos on corn tortilla’s with low fat cheese.

4oz. of Simply Limeade mixed equally with water

snack:

5pm

HEB Sea Salt Pita Chips with Out To Lunch Spinach and Artichoke Hummus

Dinner:

8pm
4oz. Lamb Steak

Burgundy mushrooms

Multi Grain Wild Rice
