one of my coworkers started paying 2bucks a day for the subway eggwhite sandwiches on english muffin…shes addicted! it smells really good in the office too…. so i started making them myself at home … I toast the english muffin, cook up the eggwhite omelet and sprinkle in some chopped onion or bellpepper and then add some low fat pepperjack cheese and sometimes spinach and tomato! I dont do this everyday, cuz usually the kids eat all my english muffins! so heart health oatmeal on alternate days. Anyway, i see you eat an english muffin almost everymorning, so now I will think of you when I have mine!
