Homemade chicken salad sandwich on  HEB light whole wheat bread

One serving of HEB Sea Salt Pita Chips with a tablespoon of HEB Four Pepper Hummus

Apple with a handful raw pecans

Dinner:

7:30pm

Three veggie taco’s on corn tortilla’s with light sour cream, low fate cheese and salsa

tablespoon of brown rice with no slat added Vista Sun black beans

Dessert:

No sugar added hot chocolate, made with half water and half light unsweetened soy milk

100 calorie pack of cookies
