Spicy Honey Glazed Chicken
All natural boneless skinless chicken breast tenders
Local Honey
Tony Chachere’s Spice N’ Herbs
Crushed Red Pepper flakes
1TBLSP of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Season chicken lightly with Tony’s and red pepper flakes, heat oil in pan on medium heat for about 1 minute or less then throw in the chicken. While the chicken is in the pan drizzle a little bit of honey over them and then again when you flip the chicken. Allow them to cook on each side ’til they have caramelized.
