One cup of Black Coffee
Thomas Toaster Biscuit with HEB All Fruit Spread

Snack:
An apple with a handful of raw walnuts
half of a cliff bar ( I am training a lot today, otherwise I would not recommend eating this many calories for a snack unless you are fueling up for vigorous exercise)

Lunch:
3 Veggie Tacos

Snack:
One piece of Jalapeno Jack Cheese 🙂

Dinner:
Wasabi Terriyaki Salmon (recipe to come, it’s really super easy!)
Brocolini
Sweet Peas and Corn
Brown Rice

Sugar Free Jello Pudding
