Breakfast:

Light English Muffin with Smart Balance Spread and HEB All Fruit

One cup of decaf coffee

Snack:

An apple and a handful of raw walnuts

A handful of Goldfish Snack Crackers

water

Lunch:

Big mixed greens salad with: mushrooms, cucumber,low fat feta cheese,raw sunflower seeds, orange bell pepper and Central market Organic Hibiscus Pomegranate Dressing.

A  no nitrate 🙂 turkey sandwich on a whole wheat Orrowheat Deli Thin Bun with mustard,BBQ sauce and a slice of Jalapeno Jack Cheese.

Yoplait Greek  Blueberry Yogurt with a teaspoon of raw sunflower seeds.

Babybel  Gouda Cheese

6 Snyder’s Organic Honey Wheat Pretzel Sticks

Dinner:

Baked Barramundi Fish on a bed of wilted spinach

asparagus

brown rice
