hey everybody, I am headin’ out to Southeast Texas this weekend, so you won’t hear from me ’til Monday! Whoo HOO!!! I am going to spend time with my family at our camp house on Cow Creek.  My cousin Cresta is having her wedding reception there. There will be lots of eating so stay tuned for my weekend of debauchery!! There will be wedding cake, Italian Creme Cake, Etouffee’ ,Banana Pudding  and Boiled  Crawfish! On Sunday, for Father’s Day, we are going to Pinetop Restaurant on the bayou where I’m sure I will have something fried! It’s a good thing I ate healthy all week!  To off set some of the calories I will happily consume this weekend, I   went to My Fit Foods yesterday and got Matt and I four meals.  One for each of us on the road for lunch today and one for each of us for dinner on the way home on Sunday! With a little planning ahead you too can enjoy a weekend of debauchery!  Here it goes, y’all!
