Breakfast:

Toaster Biscuit with Cashew Butter and HEB All Fruit Spread.

One cup of Plain Black/Vanilla Tea

Snack:

Apple with raw walnuts

half of a banana

water

Lunch:

Three homemade black bean tacos on corn tortilla’s with low fat shredded cheese.

Yoplait Blueberry Greek Yogurt

water

Snack:

One serving of Snyders Organic Honey Wheat Pretzel Sticks

water

Dinner:

cashew butter sandwich on whole wheat bread with HEB All Fruit Spread.

HEB Sea Salt Pita Chips

water

One Pop Tart NOT RECOMMENDED!! šŸ™‚ I was hanging out with a 6 year old and that is what she had for a snack.Ā  It had been at least 10 years since IĀ  had one, I felt like it was my right šŸ™‚
