Breakfast:

Whole WHeat English Muffin

2 eggs over easy

plain Black/Vanilla Tea

water

Snack:

Apple

Lunch:

All Natural No Nitrate HEB Turkey meat  sandwich on whole wheat bread with a slice of  sharp cheddar cheese, mustard and BBQ Sauce

HEB Sea Salt Pita Chips with HEB Four Pepper Hummus

Snack:

Yoplait Greek Blueberry Yogurt

Dinner:

We had dinner at the Cheesecake Factory with Matt’s family.  I ordered the Luoa Salad, I did not eat the crispy fried won ton chips and I ordered it with Low Fat Vinaigrette Dressing. I skipped out completely on cheesecake until Sunday night when I had a couple of bites of Caitlin’s left overs.  I will say it was sinfully delish!
