Whole Wheat bagel thin with almond butter and a drizzle of honey

one cup of half decaf coffee and half chai white tea

Snack:

10am

One banana

11:15am

two tablespoons of So Delicious Plain Coconut Yogurt

Lunch:

12pm

Homemade Pita Pizza

Homemade Broccoli Slaw(recipe coming soon)

water

Snack:

4pm

One red delicious apple

water

one serving of  HEB Multi Grain Pita Chips and HEB Four Pepper Hummus

water

Dinner:

7:15pm

Jerk Mahi Mahi topped with sauteed pineapple and mango

Brown Rice

Black Beans

Asparagus

water

6oz Gold Standard Whey Protein Shake made with Almond milk and a couple of frozen strawberries.
