A shot of Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar

Snack:

Pineapple chunks with Horizon Organic Low Fat Cottage Cheese

A shot of Bragg’s Apple Cider

Pre-workout:

Cliff Bar

Dinner:

Amy’s Organic Black Bean Taco Dinner.  FYI~ I do not recommend eating these often.  Once in a while is OK.  They are frozen and processed with more sodium than I would probably eat if I were cooking, but they are the healthy frozen option in a pinch.
