Thomas Whole Wheat Bagel Thin with Macadamia and Cashew nut butter and Cherry Blueberry All Fruit Jam From HEB

Chai white tea

Snack:

9:30am

One red delicious apple with a handful of raw cashews

10:30am

Banana

Lunch:

12pm

Three fat free black bean taco’s on corn tortilla’s with  low fat shredded cheese.

60 calorie Jello Mouse Pudding BTW- I will not buy these again for a while, when they are here I want to eat one everyday!!!

Snack:

3:15pm

So Delicious Plain Coconut Yogurt

Dinner:

4 oz. Bison Steak

Brown rice

Kale
