Breakfast:
6:20am
Exactly the same as yesterday 🙂

Snack:
Apple and a handful of raw cashews
Lunch:
Homemade pita pizza
Spinach salad with mushrooms, raw sunflower seeds, dried all natural cranberries, goat cheese, basil lime vinaigrette and a little bit of beet juice
water
Snack:
about a cup or so of homemade popcorn(I popped it on the stove with a little bit of olive oil)
about 6oz. of Simply Orange Juice over crushed ice~ oh yeah!

Dinner:
Veggie and extra lean ground beef tacos on corn tortilla’s with low fat shredded cheese.
