One cup of mixed: white chai tea and decaf coffee

Tuna salad sandwich(homemade) on whole wheat bread and a couple of HEB Multi Grain Pita Chips

Strawberry Greek Yoplait Yogurt

5pm

broccoli and celery sticks with a tad of Bolthouse Yogurt Low Fat ranch Dressing

dinner:

7pm

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast

French Beans

Brown Rice

Water
