Breakfast:

6am

Thomas Whole Wheat Bagel Thin with Almond Butter and HEB All Fruit Jam

one cup of half green tea half coffee, black

water

Snack:

10:30am

Brown Cow Blueberry Organic Greek Ypgurt with a handful of raw walnuts

water

Lunch:

1pm

Leftover Bison Taco’s from last night.  I had three, one on a hard shell and the other two on corn tortilla’s with low fat cheese and sour cream

One glass of half Simply Lemonade mixed with half water

Snack:

4pm

One Apple

water

Dinner:

7pm

Big mixed greens salad

Baked Tilapia

half of an Acorn Squash that I sprinkled with ginger,pepper,honey,sea salt and olive oil and baked for 45 minutes. It was really yummy!

HEB Slow Churned Low Fat Banana Pudding Flavored Ice Cream.
