The Food Diaries June 11, 2010

Breakfast:

My Fit Foods~ H-Town Breakfast Represent! Ha! Ha! I had to add that, it  is just what came to mind 🙂  Anyway, it was aight… not the best. Although,   I am hooked on their Patty Cakes.

I had an apple about an hour after breakfast and loads of water, of course.

Snack:

Yoplait Strawberry Greek Yogurt with raw sunflower seeds(about a tablespoon)

after my workout I had a Cherry Smoothie

all the while drinking the good stuff…Water!

Lunch:

My Fit Foods~ Salmon Stir Fry

Snack:

Banana

Pre Party food:

We had a party to go to tonight where appetizers were going to be served.  I tried to prepare myself to not over-indulge on party food for dinner by having a Thomas Toaster Biscuit with a teaspoon of  cashew butter.

At the party I had:

Fresh Strawberries and grapes, a couple of squares of  REALLY good cheddar cheese, some pita chips with hummus, broccoli,carrots and celery with ranch dip and a handful of veggie chips.  I will add that I did not have any alcohol at the party,  I stuck to water. That was dinner.

It’s 9:30 and we are already home 🙂 We are going to watch Lost on Netflix and eat some low fat all natural Breyers Ice Cream! Yaya!! We are nerds!
