Cherry Smoothie

8oz rice milk Or whatever liquid you want, like: milk, juice or water

about 1/2 cup ice

1 scoop Now Whey Protein Powder~ Vanilla flavor

about 1/2 cup frozen cherries

a drizzle of local honey

1 teaspoon of Artisana Raw Organic  Coconut Oil

put all ingredients in blender and blend away!

I share this serving size with Matt, so I usually take about 5oz and give him the rest which is about 16oz.

Here I am!

I finally have my own little spot on the world wide web! Thanks to Liz and Wade for hookin’ it up! Please check me out daily for tips and tid bits of information concerning your health.  I do a lot of  reading and researching of health and fitness information that I will be sharing with you here on my site.  Also,  I will keep a food diary  so that you can see what a real life healthy person eats 🙂    Happy Tuesday!
