Today Matt and I went to a Spin Into Yoga class at the Dell Jewish Community Center. This class consist of 30 minutes of Spin Aerobics (cycling on a stationary bike)30 minutes of yoga and 30 more minutes of spin. It is a great class and I sweat my butt off! The instructor is Burton Turner and he is a funny character. His music is always different and sometimes odd, but very entertaining. He always has a joke that sometimes you don’t get ’til hours later 🙂 You should come try it, if you are not a member it will cost you $10. Lemme know if you want to join me next Sunday.
Hello! I am going to start blogging about where I eat around town to help you gain knowledge on how to order healthy foods even when you eat out. Some places I eat are considered “health food restaurants” but some are not and those are the tricky ones. Lets face it, you are going to go out to eat, it’s fun. As your personal trainer I want you to go out to eat and believe it or not I want you to have fun with your friends and family. The last thing I want is for you to feel deprived. I only want you to be smart about what you eat. Eating out does not mean you have to eat junk. Come back soon for some good honest blogging 🙂 and PLEASE talk back to me. I want to know where you eat and what you think about what I eat! cheers!!
